 Fox Recruitment has, in addition to our normal terms, a special set of terms and conditions in place called the "guaranteed billers concept".
This concept has been created to protect the client from hiring non-performers but also to ensure that the placed candidate receives the right support to be successful. Fox Recruitment will monitor every placed consultant under these terms closely for a period of 6 months and make sure they get the right training, mentoring and support.
Overview Terms and Conditions
Money back if our candidates fail to achieve the pre-determined targets.
· 0-50% of achieved targets = 50% back
· 50-80% of achieved targets = 25% back
Example:
Targets are monthly; guarantee is based on six (6) month plan:
· Month 1 – $0k
· Month 2 – $15k
· Month 3 – $20k
· Month 4 – $25k
· Month 5 – $25k
· Month 6 – $25k
Total target- $110K = 100%
