Be sure to explain why the support was needed, what you specifically did to support them and finally how did it change things.
Describe your most memorable achievement?
Select an achievement that is recent, identify the skills you used in the achievement and quantify the benefits from the achievement.
Tell me about a difficult situation you faced recently and describe how you overcame it?
Identify a difficult situation you faced, explain how you defined the problem and what the solution was. Be sure to show a logical approach to solving the problem.

Tell me about yourself?
It is important you give a brief summary of your career so far, focus on specific accomplishments. Explain why you are looking for a job remaining positive about your current employer.
Tell me what you know about our organisation and our industry?
Research and preparation is key, search the web for company information, ask your consultant for further information and seek feedback on the company from your networks.
What are your strengths?
This is a commonly asked question so be prepared. List 3 examples of strengths that could benefit the employer, some strengths you can consider are; ability to work autonomously, results driven, determination to overachieve, team focused; ability to learn quickly etc.
What are your weaknesses or development opportunities?
Be sure not to use personal weaknesses, the interviewer wants to gage how self aware you are so don’t pretend you don’t have any weaknesses. A good way to answer this question is to mention your weakness then describe what you have done to overcome it for example; I’m not very good a delegating but I’m learning to be more assertive in passing on work within my team.
What are your career aspirations?
Positively describe how dedicated you are to the potential job, employers like to hear that you are interested in staying and growing with their company. Consider saying something like; “I hope to be in a position that continues to challenge me, that allows me to use my skills to help achieve individual and company targets.”
Why are you looking to leave your current job?
It is important that you are honest and avoid being negative about your current employer. This question is best answered with; seeking another challenge, career development, responsibility or experience.
